Justdial is looking for an experienced Sales Trainer to join its Learning & Development team in Pune. The role focuses on training new hires, improving employee sales capabilities, conducting refresher sessions, and supporting on-the-job learning.
The selected candidate will also monitor training attendance, batch performance, and training data while ensuring effective delivery of learning sessions.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct New Hire Training (NHT) through online and offline sessions.
- Drive 100% training batch throughput.
- Conduct refresher and sharpener sessions for existing employees.
- Handle On-the-Job Training (OJT).
- Track training attendance, performance, and training data.
- Coach and support sales professionals to improve their capabilities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Any graduate with relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in Sales Training.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent presentation and content delivery skills.
- Strong coaching and feedback capabilities.
- Ability to motivate and engage trainees.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
