Hiring for the position of Lead – Warehouse (FNV) in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh.
The role focuses on FNV / Fresh Food Operations and requires experience in fresh food, FNV or FMCG warehouse operations, along with strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, inbound and outbound activities, inventory control, product quality, wastage and shrinkage, team handling, SOP compliance and warehouse KPIs.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day FNV warehouse operations.
- Handle inbound, sorting, grading, storage and dispatch activities.
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock accuracy.
- Monitor wastage, shrinkage and product quality.
- Manage FIFO/FEFO and temperature-sensitive inventory.
- Lead the warehouse team and ensure SOP compliance.
- Coordinate with procurement, transport and operations teams.
- Prepare MIS and monitor warehouse KPIs.

- Experience in FNV / Fresh Food / FMCG warehouse operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory and warehouse processes.
- Team handling experience.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO.
