Job Description
Subway India (Culinary Brands) is expanding its restaurant network and hiring a Manager – Business Development based in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
The role will focus on restaurant expansion across the rest of Tamil Nadu and Kerala, including property identification, real estate negotiations, due diligence, stakeholder management, and new restaurant site coordination.
Important: Proficiency in both Tamil and Malayalam is mandatory. Candidates who do not meet this language requirement will not be considered for screening.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate potential properties for new restaurant locations.
- Conduct real estate negotiations and manage lease agreements.
- Coordinate property due diligence and legal processes.
- Manage relationships with brokers, landlords, and other stakeholders.
- Support new restaurant site expansion and project coordination.
Eligibility Criteria
- 8–9 years of experience in a similar field.
- Any graduate qualification.
- Experience relevant to real estate, retail expansion, or business development.
- Experience in retail food, QSR, or hospitality is preferred.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in both Tamil and Malayalam.
- Ability to manage property evaluation, negotiations, and stakeholder coordination.
