Excel Precast Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR professional to join its team in Bangalore as a Manager – HR.
The role requires strong HR generalist experience, with responsibilities spanning talent acquisition, HR operations, payroll, performance management, employee engagement, HR policies, compliance, and employee relations. Candidates with experience in construction, infrastructure, precast, or manufacturing are preferred.

- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
- HR Operations & Payroll: Handle HR operations and payroll processes.
- Performance Management: Support and manage performance management systems, including PMS and KRAs.
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- HR Policies & Compliance: Implement HR policies and ensure compliance.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations and workplace matters.
🎓 Preferred Candidate Profile
- Strong HR generalist experience.
- Good exposure to recruitment and compliance.
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, precast, or manufacturing is preferred.
