IIFL Home Finance Ltd is looking for a Manager – Property Services Group for its Thane, Mumbai location.
The role focuses on marketing and selling auctioned properties under the SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery mechanisms. The selected candidate will coordinate with internal teams, engage with prospective buyers and channel partners, support property auction execution, and ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.

📋 Key Responsibilities
- Drive marketing and sale of auctioned properties under the SARFAESI Act and other applicable recovery mechanisms.
- Coordinate with internal Collections, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams for auction execution and post-auction processes.
- Engage with prospective buyers, investors, brokers and channel partners to generate demand for auctioned assets.
- Conduct property site visits and buyer meetings in accordance with IIFL policies.
- Educate buyers on auction procedures, including reserve price, Earnest Money Deposit (EMD), bidding process, timelines and documentation.
- Track auction results and assist in re-marketing unsold assets.
- Ensure the availability and accuracy of property-related documents, including possession status and legal readiness.
- Maintain MIS, update CRM records and prepare periodic reports as required by management.
- Ensure 100% compliance with regulatory guidelines, internal policies and audit requirements.
