🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, Business Development, or similar roles.
- MBA or equivalent Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- High ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Good Excel and data analysis skills.
- Exposure to Retail, Pharmacy, Strategy, Growth, or Management Consulting is a plus.
