Job Description
Head Field Solutions is hiring a Marketing Manager in Noida to drive digital marketing strategies, lead a marketing team, manage client relationships, and build CRM and AI-powered automation systems.
The role requires a hands-on marketing professional who can combine strategic planning with execution, performance marketing, workflow automation, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead digital marketing strategies, campaigns, and lead-generation activities.
- Manage social media, content marketing, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
- Build and optimize CRM workflows, lead pipelines, and marketing automation systems.
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and business processes.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
- Manage client discovery calls, understand requirements, and handle escalations.
- Track campaign performance, analytics, and marketing reports.
- Optimize marketing activities to support lead generation and business growth.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of digital marketing and performance campaigns.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar tools.
- Understanding of AI tools, workflow automation, and lead nurturing.
- Excellent communication, client management, and leadership skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in US real estate marketing and CRM platforms such as BoldTrail or KW Command is an added advantage.
- Availability to work from the Noida office.
