The MIS Associate will focus on collecting, analysing and reporting sales data to support business decisions.
The role involves maintaining sales data, generating reports and providing insights that help the sales team track performance and achieve targets.
Investment Operations experience would be preferred.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Collect, verify and maintain accurate sales data from multiple sources.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Track sales targets versus actual performance.
- Generate dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
- Analyse trends, forecasts and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with sales, finance and operations teams for data alignment.
- Identify gaps and provide actionable insights to improve sales performance.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Any Graduate can apply.
- No backlogs.
- Investment Operations experience would be preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Candidates with a 0–15 days notice period are preferred.
- Candidate should be comfortable working from office.
