📌 Job Description

GIVA is looking for an experienced Payroll Manager to manage end-to-end payroll operations across its growing organization.

The role requires strong expertise in payroll processing, statutory compliance, payroll systems, HRMS and Excel, with experience handling multiple payroll components and preferably payroll across multiple locations.

💼 Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll operations.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage statutory payroll compliance.
  • Handle PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity and Full & Final Settlement (F&F).
  • Work with HRMS and payroll systems.
  • Use Excel for payroll operations and analysis.
  • Manage payroll operations across multiple locations.

🎓 What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 7–12 years in Payroll / HR Operations.
  • Strong expertise in end-to-end payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Hands-on experience with PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity and F&F.
  • Strong HRMS / Payroll systems and Excel skills.
  • Experience managing payroll across multiple locations is preferred.
  • Retail / D2C / E-commerce / FMCG / Manufacturing experience is an added advantage.
