📝 Job Description
Cosmos Aircon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Project Manager / Supervisor – HVAC to lead and execute HVAC projects across Mumbai / MMR.
The role requires complete ownership of projects, from site understanding and planning through execution, quality, client coordination, billing and final handover.
The ideal candidate should be technically strong, disciplined, proactive and accountable, with the ability to own the overall project outcome rather than simply supervise activities.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits and manage project planning and execution.
- Coordinate with clients, architects and design teams.
- Implement the Final Approved Plan (FAP).
- Manage project timelines, contract manpower and material planning.
- Ensure quality control and site safety.
- Manage contractors and installation teams.
- Handle client measurements, billing and payment follow-ups.
- Manage project completion, documentation and final handover.
- Prepare daily project progress reports.
- Monitor and report cost and time overruns.
- Train, mentor and manage project teams.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in project execution is required.
- Experience in HVAC / MEP project execution will be strongly preferred.
- Technically strong and disciplined approach to project execution.
