Job Description
Scale Healthcare (India) is hiring an RCM Process Trainer for its US Healthcare operations in Mohali. The role requires knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), strong presentation and communication skills, and the ability to deliver effective training sessions.
Candidates with prior process training experience and knowledge of healthcare RCM functions such as Accounts Receivable, Charges, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, and Medical Coding are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging learning content for US Healthcare RCM processes.
- Conduct classroom and virtual training sessions.
- Explain RCM processes and related operational concepts to learners.
- Support training requirements across relevant RCM functions.
- Communicate process information clearly and effectively.
- Apply presentation and interpersonal skills to facilitate learning.
Eligibility Criteria
- Experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Prior experience as a Process Trainer is preferred.
- Good understanding of Accounts Receivable (AR), Charges, Payment Posting, Eligibility Verification, Medical Coding, or related RCM functions.
- Ability to create engaging learning content.
