The ideal candidate must be a law graduate with POSH certification and 5–8 years of relevant, hands-on experience in POSH compliance and implementation. Strong, dedicated POSH experience is specifically required.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage POSH compliance and implementation across the organization.
- Handle Internal Committee (IC) matters, meetings, documentation, and records.
- Conduct POSH awareness programs and employee sensitization sessions.
- Manage complaint documentation, investigations, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with applicable POSH legislation and statutory requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to POSH activities.
