DTDC Express Limited is hiring for the role of Service Partner Operations (SPO) across Gurgaon, Manesar, Ludhiana, Amritsar, Bilaspur (HP), and Solan (HP).
The role involves managing Channel Partner operations and ensuring smooth First Mile and Last Mile performance across assigned branches or clusters. The SPO will work closely with Channel Partners, Branch Teams, and Field Staff to identify operational gaps and improve service performance.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Manage Channel Partner operations across assigned branches or clusters.

🎓 Requirements & Eligibility
- Graduation in any field.
- 1–3 years of experience preferred.
- Experience in Logistics, Last Mile, First Mile, or Channel Operations preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel across assigned branch and partner locations.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in field operations will be preferred.
