Pantaloons (ABFRL) is looking for an energetic Store Human Resources Business Partner to drive people operations at its store in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
The role focuses on frontline retail hiring, onboarding, HRMS updates, payroll and attendance processes, and store-level people operations.
Experience in Retail / FMCG is preferred.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end talent acquisition for frontline retail hiring.
- Handle hiring of minimum wages employees for frontline retail positions.
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Maintain and update HRMS records.
- Coordinate payroll processes.
- Manage attendance-related processes.
- Support store-level people operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: MBA HR – Mandatory.
- Experience: 2–4 years.
- Joining: Immediate joiner.
- Preferred: Retail / FMCG experience.
- Experience in frontline retail talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of HRMS, payroll and attendance processes.
