Infosys is hiring a Talent Acquisition Associate for opportunities in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Pune.
The role is suitable for candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or related areas. MBA candidates are eligible, with HR preferred and other specialisations also considered.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end recruitment activities across business units and geographies.
- Explore innovative sourcing channels and employer branding initiatives.
- Engage with candidates, vendors and business stakeholders.
- Support campus hiring and recruitment events.
- Manage candidate engagement from offer acceptance to onboarding.
- Analyse hiring trends and maintain recruitment MIS/reporting.
- Ensure process compliance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA is required; HR specialisation is preferred, while other specialisations can also apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel as part of the role.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
