Job Description
Tata 1mg is looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant to manage recruitment activities across business functions. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and maintaining recruitment records while ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across different business functions.
- Source and screen candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update hiring progress.
- Ensure a positive and smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Experience using job portals and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple job openings and recruitment priorities simultaneously.
- Willingness to work from the office in Gurugram.
