📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end Core IT recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
- Handle hiring across multiple IT technologies and skill sets, including critical and niche positions.
- Drive recruitment strategies to meet business hiring requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Manage the recruitment team while independently handling key positions and critical requirements.
- Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment pipeline, turnaround time (TAT), productivity and hiring performance.
