A Team Lead – Automobile opportunity is available in Noida Sector 16 for professionals with 4–6 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for the automobile industry.

🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for the automobile industry.
- Handle client requirements and coordinate with clients.
- Manage recruitment requirements for leading OEMs.
- Handle hiring across Plant R&D, with major focus on R&D recruitment.
- Support Corporate hiring requirements.
- Handle Sales & Service recruitment.
- Drive recruitment targets and ensure hiring requirements are addressed.
- Coordinate with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment for the automobile industry.
- Experience in client handling and coordination.
- Good understanding of Plant R&D hiring, with major focus on R&D.
- Understanding of Corporate hiring.
- Understanding of Sales & Service hiring.
- Experience hiring for leading OEMs.
- Target-driven approach.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Willingness to work 5 days from office.
- Ability to attend a face-to-face interview.
