Are you someone who can turn numbers into insights and assets into accurate financial stories?
We’re looking for a Team Lead – Fixed Assets to own and drive the complete fixed asset accounting lifecycle while strengthening controls, reporting, and processes.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end Fixed Asset Accounting, including additions, capitalization, transfers, disposals, and retirements.
- Own the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) and ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- Manage CapEx and CWIP, ensuring timely capitalization and adherence to accounting policies.
- Drive month-end close activities, including depreciation, journal entries, and FAR vs. GL reconciliations.
- Analyze CapEx, depreciation, and asset movements to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with stakeholders on asset verification, internal/external audits, statutory reporting, and financial disclosures.
- Strengthen internal controls and SOX compliance while identifying opportunities for process automation and improvement.
🎓 Eligibility / Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience in Fixed Asset Accounting.
- Understanding of GL, month-end close, CapEx, and CWIP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage stakeholders and drive process improvements.
