A Renowned Real Estate Company is hiring a Technical Facility Executive in Kolkata on the payroll of Genius Consultant Ltd.
The role requires 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Facility Management with strong technical knowledge across electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, fire & safety systems, PPM, breakdown management, energy saving and vendor coordination.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical systems including Transformer, DG, MCCB, RCCB, Electrical Panels and DBs.
- Handle HVAC systems including VRF, AHU, PAC, DX, Ductable, Split and Cassette AC.
- Manage conventional and modular UPS systems with battery.
- Monitor Fire & Safety systems including Addressable FAS, PAS, Sprinkler, Smoke Detector and Fire Damper.
- Manage PPM activities.
- Handle breakdown and downtime management.
- Support energy saving and system optimization initiatives.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors.
- Support overall facility operations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in Commercial Facility Management.
- Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical.
- Male candidates.
- Experience with commercial facility operations.
- Knowledge of electrical, HVAC, UPS and fire & safety systems.
- Experience in PPM, breakdown and downtime management.
- Vendor and contractor coordination experience.

🎤 Interview Preparation
- Be prepared to discuss your 3–5 years of Commercial Facility Management experience.
- Revise electrical systems including Transformer, DG, MCCB, RCCB, panels and DBs.
- Prepare examples of handling HVAC systems such as VRF, AHU, PAC and DX.
- Be ready to discuss UPS systems and battery management.
