We are looking for an experienced Training Manager – Insurance Sales to lead a team of trainers and drive impactful sales training initiatives in Bengaluru.
The role involves managing Insurance Sales Trainers, designing effective training programs, identifying capability gaps and aligning training initiatives with business objectives.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Insurance Sales Trainers.
- Design and implement effective sales training programs.
- Identify training gaps and drive capability-building initiatives.
- Monitor trainer performance and ensure training quality.
- Partner with Sales/Business teams to align training with business objectives.
- Track training effectiveness, productivity and business outcomes.
- Coach and mentor trainers to enhance their overall effectiveness.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 10–20 years of experience in Training / L&D, preferably in Insurance.
- Strong experience in Insurance Sales Training.
- Proven experience in managing a team of trainers.
- Must be proficient in any 2–3 South Indian languages.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of insurance sales processes and training methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
- Candidate should be based out of Bengaluru.
