A leading fashion retail opportunity is available for experienced Retail Store Managers and Assistant Store Managers across multiple cities.
The opportunity is with leading fashion brands operating across Premium, Luxury and Bridge-to-Luxury Retail. Candidates should have strong managerial-level experience in store operations, team handling and sales management.
📋 Open Positions
- Store Manager (SM): Up to ₹9–12 LPA
- Assistant Store Manager (ASM): Up to ₹7 LPA
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations.
- Lead and manage store teams effectively.
- Drive sales performance and store targets.
- Ensure smooth execution of store operations and processes.
- Handle customer interactions and maintain strong service standards.
- Support team performance and sales management.
- Apply knowledge of premium, luxury and bridge-to-luxury retail environments.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Experience in Fashion / Footwear / Accessories brands.
- Experience specifically in EBO (Exclusive Brand Outlet) format.
- Proven experience at a managerial level.
- Background in Premium / Luxury / Bridge-to-Luxury Retail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of store operations, team handling and sales management.
