Jeeves Consumer Services, part of the Flipkart Group of Companies, is hiring a TV Trainer for its Noida Sector 63 location.
Jeeves Consumer Services provides comprehensive lifecycle management services across categories including Mobility, Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Furniture, IT & IT Peripherals, AV & Enterprise Solutions, Lifestyle, and Personal Healthcare.
By managing post-sales service experiences, Jeeves Consumer Services enables customers to focus on business growth through reliable services.
This is an FTC On-Site role based in Noida 63, D Block. The position requires 3–4 years of experience and offers a salary of ₹5 LPA to ₹6 LPA.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs and materials.
- Conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Manage training delivery effectively.
- Monitor and report on training outcomes, progress and KPIs.
- Use MS PowerPoint, slide shows and PPTs for training activities.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3–4 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Good command of MS PowerPoint, slide shows and PPTs.
- Experience in delivering comprehensive training programs.
- Ability to conduct training sessions, workshops and seminars.
- Strong ability to monitor training outcomes, progress and KPIs.
- Male and female candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work from office in Noida Sector 63, D Block.
