Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Team Leader – Virtual Assistant Marketing professional in Noida.
The role requires an experienced Digital Marketing professional who can take ownership of marketing operations, lead a team, manage client conversations, and build efficient CRM and automation systems.
This is a Work From Office role operating in the US/EST shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM, with 3+ years of experience required.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing operations and execution.
- Lead and coordinate the marketing team.
- Manage team performance and accountability.
- Mentor and support team members.
- Build a positive, people-oriented team culture.
- Maintain strong internal communication.
- Manage client conversations and understand client requirements.
- Build and manage CRM and marketing automation systems.
- Manage lead pipelines, tracking and nurturing systems.
- Drive marketing campaigns, lead generation and performance marketing activities.
- Monitor marketing analytics, reporting and CRM data.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
- Experience in Social Media Management and Strategy.
- Experience with content planning and campaign management.
- Experience in lead generation and lead nurturing.
- Experience in paid/performance marketing.
- Experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Strong marketing analytics and reporting skills.
- Experience with CRM setup, management and lead pipelines.
- Experience with automated workflows and lead nurturing systems.
- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
- US Real Estate marketing experience is preferred.
