AU Small Finance Bank is hiring a UI/UX Designer to join its Product team in Mumbai.
The role is suited for a designer who enjoys turning complex user problems into simple, intuitive and beautiful digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
The designer will work closely with Product Managers and Engineers to take designs from concept through implementation.
📋 Key Responsibilities
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design experiences for web and mobile applications.
- Build and work with UI components while following brand guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers.
- Take designs from concept through implementation.
- Apply user-centric design and UX principles to digital product experiences.
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of UI/UX design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Figma is mandatory.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design process and projects.
- Good understanding of user-centric design and UX principles.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
