- Maintain hardware/software inventory records
- Coordinate equipment repair and replacements
- Assist in system upgrades, documentation, and disaster recovery
Eligibility Criteria
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Applications & Networking
- Strong knowledge of network configuration and troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and support systems
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
