- Job Title: Zonal Lead – Planning & Coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales volume targets as per budget plans
- Monitor and control primary & secondary logistics costs
- Ensure full asset utilization (MSA vehicles compliance as per plan)
- Manage cost provisioning and month-end financial analysis
- Drive process optimization and audit compliance initiatives
- Track and manage Total Distribution Cost (TDC) effectively
- Implement strategies for freight cost optimization
- Lead serviceability improvements (Pre-loading & end-to-end operations)
- Deliver cost-saving initiatives aligned with annual targets
- Ensure zero stock-out situations and MRP compliance
Eligibility Criteria
- MBA / PGDM from a recognized institution
- 16+ years of experience in logistics, planning, or supply chain leadership
- Strong expertise in budgeting, cost optimization, and operations planning
- Experience in managing large-scale distribution and logistics networks
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
