Justdial is hiring an Associate – Strategy & Partnerships for its high-impact Strategy & Transformation function in Mumbai. This role offers direct exposure to leadership decision-making, enterprise strategy, AI-led transformation initiatives, sales effectiveness, partnerships, and cross-functional business execution.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Strategy Head on key enterprise priorities
- Drive strategic problem-solving and transformation initiatives
- Support AI-led business transformation and operational improvements
- Collaborate across CEO Office, Strategy, Sales Transformation, and Partnerships teams
- Analyze business performance and identify growth opportunities
- Support strategic planning and cross-functional execution initiatives
- Prepare business reports, presentations, and strategic insights for leadership
- Contribute to high-impact business and partnership projects
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in Founder’s Office, Consulting, Strategy, Business Analytics, Growth, or Operations preferred
- Strong analytical and communication skills mandatory
- Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-paced business environments required
- Ownership mindset and problem-solving abilities preferred
- IIT / NIT / BITS / Top-tier college background preferred
- MBA qualification will be an added advantage
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills preferred
