Blinkit is hiring Cluster Managers for its Express Store operations in Pune. The role involves managing multiple stores, ensuring operational excellence, leading store teams, optimizing inventory and fulfillment processes, and driving performance across the assigned cluster.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple Express Stores within the assigned cluster
- Ensure operational efficiency and smooth order fulfillment processes
- Monitor inventory management and stock availability across stores
- Lead and mentor Store Managers and operational teams
- Drive productivity, service quality, and operational performance targets
- Coordinate with Logistics, Customer Support, and Marketing teams
- Implement Blinkit operational policies and process standards
- Handle operational escalations and ensure quick issue resolution
- Track store performance metrics and operational KPIs
- Support continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience in Operations preferred
- Experience in Retail, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, or Supply Chain preferred
- Strong leadership and team management skills required
- Good analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel required
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi preferred
- Immediate joiners will be preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments required
