Delhivery Direct is hiring Customer Experience & Retention Interns for its Goa location. This internship offers hands-on exposure to customer retention, user engagement, operational coordination, and customer journey improvement strategies within one of India’s leading logistics companies.
π Key Responsibilities
- Re-engage inactive customers and understand churn reasons
- Identify booking journey drop-offs and recover users
- Analyze customer sentiments and provide actionable insights
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain daily trackers and weekly performance reports
- Support customer retention and engagement initiatives
- Handle customer conversations professionally and empathetically
- Assist in process improvement and customer experience enhancement
π Eligibility Criteria
- Students or recent graduates can apply
- Background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields preferred
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi required
- Good problem-solving mindset and attention to detail preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets required
- Knowledge of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables preferred
- Ability to handle customer conversations empathetically required
