Savvy Group is hiring an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chairman’s office. This high-visibility role involves executive coordination, calendar management, stakeholder communication, travel planning, confidential administration, and strategic operational support.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Chairman’s calendar, meetings, schedules, and priority planning
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
- Prepare presentations, reports, correspondence, and executive briefing notes
- Act as liaison between the Chairman’s office, leadership teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Track follow-ups and ensure closure of critical business action items
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Support office administration, vendor coordination, and hospitality arrangements
- Coordinate leadership meetings, executive visits, and stakeholder interactions
- Maintain structured processes and operational discipline within the Chairman’s office
- Support travel and scheduling coordination for the Chairman and family members
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant preferred
- Recent experience supporting CXO or Chairman-level stakeholders required
- Strong communication and business correspondence drafting skills required
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and maturity preferred
- Strong planning, multitasking, and organizational abilities required
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with AI tools preferred
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced executive environments required
