An exciting opportunity is open for experienced professionals to lead a Biscuit Manufacturing Plant in Bhubaneswar. The role focuses on end-to-end plant operations management, manufacturing excellence, operational efficiency, quality systems, team leadership, and continuous improvement initiatives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end plant operations and manufacturing activities
- Drive production planning and manufacturing excellence initiatives
- Improve OEE through Lean Manufacturing and TPM practices
- Ensure EHS, GMP, and statutory compliance across plant operations
- Implement quality systems and food safety standards effectively
- Handle plant budgeting, cost control, and profitability management
- Lead employee engagement, capability development, and workforce management
- Manage maintenance planning and operational efficiency improvements
- Drive Capex, automation, and continuous improvement projects
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for operational and strategic execution
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in FMCG / Food / Biscuit manufacturing required
- Strong exposure to plant operations and manufacturing management mandatory
- Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, OEE, and Quality Systems required
- Experience in handling EHS, GMP, and statutory compliance preferred
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills mandatory
- Experience in factory administration and operational planning required
- Background from Biscuit, Bakery, Food Processing, Snacks, or FMCG manufacturing preferred
- Ability to drive automation and continuous improvement projects preferred
