Delhivery is hiring HR Interns for its Talent Acquisition team in Gurgaon. This role focuses on supporting non-tech hiring processes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience in a high-volume recruitment environment.
π Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Handle 60–80 calls per day for interview alignment and follow-ups
- Manage interview calendars, trackers, and candidate databases
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience
π Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates / MBA (HR) students / Freshers
- NOC required if currently pursuing studies
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced environment
