π Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle international customer support calls for technical process operations
- Provide technical troubleshooting and issue resolution support
- Deliver excellent customer service and communication experience
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate solutions
- Maintain process compliance and quality standards
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution
- Maintain customer interaction records and process documentation
- Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue closure
