📄 Job Description
Wipro is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Investment Management team within the Structured Finance Group. This role focuses on Asset Based Finance (ABF), structured finance deal analysis, investment monitoring, collateral analysis, risk assessment, and financial modeling for institutional clients.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Support investment management and monitoring activities for structured finance deals
- Assist in updating Investment Committee (IC) approval memos
- Analyze closing documents including credit agreements and note purchase agreements
- Perform due diligence and collateral pool analysis using Python
- Update surveillance reports and create management presentations
- Develop and maintain cashflow models for structured finance transactions
- Monitor key financial metrics, risk exposure, and repayment scenarios
- Create collateral analysis reports and asset-level summaries
- Track asset revaluation events and collateral pricing changes
- Conduct sector-level analysis and identify emerging risks
- Monitor covenants, KPIs, and portfolio performance metrics
- Handle ad hoc analytical and macroeconomic impact projects
- Ensure compliance with investor and client requirements
- Leverage tools such as Python, Tableau, Intex, Sigma, and Street Diligence
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- MBA in Finance, CFA, or CA qualification required
- 3–5 years of relevant finance or structured investment experience required
- Experience in Asset Backed Finance (ABF) or structured finance preferred
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills required
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word required
- Knowledge of Python, Tableau, and financial modeling preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects required
