π Job Description
Amazon is hiring a Training Specialist for its Last Mile Learning Team in Varanasi. The role involves driving operational training programs, improving learning metrics, identifying knowledge gaps, conducting classroom and digital learning sessions, and supporting business performance improvement across mapped delivery stations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Identify learning gaps and implement training interventions
- Support AMZL and EDSP stations in achieving business goals
- Track station performance and proactively recommend learning improvements
- Manage learning metrics and territory-level training performance
- Conduct classroom, digital, and process training sessions
- Maintain training data and operational reports through Excel
- Ensure timely completion of new hire and coaching programs
- Conduct station audits and improve process compliance
- Identify and certify learning coaches
- Drive quality and learning improvement projects
- Conduct stakeholder training sessions and business reviews
- Provide visibility and updates on training interventions regularly
π Eligibility Criteria
- Experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Experience in training, operations, or learning & development preferred
- Fluent English communication skills preferred
- Knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA) process preferred
- Experience designing and delivering customer-centric learning programs preferred
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills preferred
- Willingness to travel for business requirements required
