We are hiring Assistant Depot In-Charges for our depot operations in Malda and Cooch Behar, West Bengal. The selected candidates will support daily depot activities, inventory management, stock reconciliation, ERP updates, and dispatch coordination while ensuring smooth warehouse operations and compliance with company SOPs.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day depot operations.
- Monitor stock receipt, storage, and dispatch activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
- Coordinate with sales, transport, and warehouse teams.
- Ensure timely ERP entries and stock reconciliation.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO inventory management guidelines.
- Maintain depot cleanliness, safety standards, and SOP compliance.
- Support inventory audits and operational reporting.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–5 years of experience in depot, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage inventory, documentation, and dispatch operations.
- Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO inventory practices will be an advantage.
