The selected candidate will lead end-to-end warehouse operations, manage large-scale inventory, oversee manpower, drive operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with warehouse processes and quality standards. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, and inventory.
- Conduct stock audits and implement shrinkage control measures.
- Lead manpower planning, workforce productivity, and process management.
- Handle reverse logistics and returns management efficiently.
- Drive operational efficiency, cost optimization, and warehouse productivity.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO compliance for inventory movement.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, transportation, and business teams.
- Monitor warehouse KPIs and prepare operational MIS reports.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations.
- Experience in FMCG, E-commerce, Quick Commerce, or 3PL Logistics is preferred.
- Must have experience managing warehouses with 25,000+ SKUs.
- Experience handling and managing 400+ manpower is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, warehouse processes, and audits.
- Hands-on experience in FIFO/FEFO inventory practices.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
