BigBasket is hiring Telecallers for its Recruitment Operations team in Kolkata. This hybrid role involves hiring and onboarding delivery executives, coordinating recruitment activities, handling candidate communication, maintaining recruitment data, and supporting manpower planning. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Hire and onboard delivery executives and riders.
- Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates.
- Handle inbound recruitment-related inquiries.
- Coordinate field hiring drives and office recruitment activities.
- Work closely with operations teams to fulfill manpower requirements.
- Maintain recruitment records, hiring data, and daily MIS reports.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining process for selected candidates.
- Achieve daily calling and hiring targets while maintaining candidate satisfaction.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate preferred (Undergraduates can also apply).
- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, Sales, or BPO preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Fluency in Bengali and Hindi is mandatory (English will be an added advantage).
- Basic computer knowledge including MS Excel, Email, and CRM.
- Strong interpersonal, convincing, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
