🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end outbound warehouse operations including picking, packing, order verification, and shipment handover
- Ensure achievement of daily operational targets and SLA compliance
- Monitor productivity, order accuracy, and operational efficiency metrics
- Handle manpower planning, shift scheduling, and roster management
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through 5S, Kaizen, and productivity enhancement programs
- Implement cost optimization and operational excellence initiatives
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, inventory controls, and safety standards
- Coordinate with inventory, inbound, and logistics teams for seamless execution
- Analyze operational MIS reports and prepare performance dashboards
- Manage escalations, mentor team leaders, and develop warehouse associates
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- Experience in warehouse and outbound operations required
- Strong team handling experience managing 50–100 associates preferred
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in e-commerce, pharma logistics, healthcare logistics, or large-scale warehouses preferred
