π Job Description
MobiKwik is hiring an Assistant Manager – Training to lead Learning & Development initiatives, trainer management, capability-building programs, and training operations. The role focuses on identifying training needs, managing training calendars, measuring training effectiveness, developing learning content, and partnering with Operations, HR, and Quality teams to build high-performing teams.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage trainer teams and daily training operations
- Identify Training Needs (TNI) across business functions
- Develop and execute annual and monthly training calendars
- Prepare training MIS, dashboards, and performance reports
- Measure training effectiveness and recommend improvement initiatives
- Design and develop training curriculum, modules, and learning content
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, and Quality teams on capability-building initiatives
- Manage multiple training batches and learning programs simultaneously
- Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous learning interventions
- Drive process improvements to enhance employee performance and productivity
π Eligibility Criteria
- 4+ years of experience in Training or Learning & Development
- Experience managing trainers and multiple training batches
- Exposure to Customer Service, BFSI, FinTech, Retail, or BPO environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of Training Needs Identification (TNI)
- Experience in Training MIS, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
