Flipkart is hiring HR MIS Executives to support HR Operations through data analysis, payroll coordination, dashboard creation, and MIS reporting. This opportunity is suitable for fresh graduates as well as professionals with up to 3 years of experience who have strong Microsoft Excel and analytical skills.

- Create and maintain HR MIS reports and dashboards.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports for business decision-making.
- Handle payroll-related data and ensure reporting accuracy.
- Develop interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
- Track HR metrics including attendance, headcount, attrition, and manpower reports.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for data validation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support process improvement through data-driven insights.

- Freshers and candidates with 0–3 years of experience are eligible.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory.
