π Job Description
GNRC Hospitals is seeking a passionate and dynamic HR Executive – Learning & Development to support employee training, learning initiatives, and professional development. The selected candidate will coordinate training programs, manage onboarding, maintain learning records, and help build a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
π Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute employee training and development programs.
- Identify learning and development needs across departments.
- Maintain training records, documentation, and learning MIS reports.
- Assist in designing and implementing employee learning initiatives.
- Coordinate induction and onboarding programs for new employees.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Deliver soft skills and behavioural training sessions.
- Support HR initiatives related to employee development and engagement.
π Eligibility Criteria
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination, or HR functions.
- Healthcare industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
- Ability to conduct soft skills and behavioural training sessions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and training documentation.
