Amazon is hiring Channel Team Leads for its Delivery Center Operations team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for managing shift operations, leading delivery associates, improving last-mile performance, driving customer experience, and supporting the Delivery Center Manager in achieving operational excellence.
π Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily shift operations at Amazon Delivery Centers
- Build and execute efficient last-mile delivery processes
- Ensure adequate delivery team bandwidth during peak operations
- Lead, motivate, and develop delivery associates and operational teams
- Drive delivery performance, productivity, and service quality
- Analyze operational reports and identify performance bottlenecks
- Implement process improvements and Kaizen initiatives
- Reduce operational waste and improve efficiency
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and service delivery
- Support the Delivery Center Manager in achieving business goals
π Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in logistics, transportation, operations, warehousing, or supply chain preferred
- 2+ years of sales or operational experience preferred
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced operational environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
