Sodexo India Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring experienced Executive Chefs for renowned client locations in Raipur and Ranchi. This leadership role involves managing kitchen operations, food quality, menu execution, team leadership, food safety compliance, and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
π Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end kitchen operations
- Ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation standards
- Supervise culinary teams and kitchen staff
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance standards
- Monitor food costs, inventory, and kitchen productivity
- Plan menus and ensure consistent service quality
- Coordinate with operations and client stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvements in culinary operations
π Eligibility Criteria
- Hotel Management qualification is mandatory
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a similar culinary leadership role
- Strong knowledge of food production and kitchen management
- Experience managing large kitchen teams preferred
- Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills
- Ability to manage client expectations and service excellence
- Experience in hospitality, hotels, corporate catering, or food services preferred
