Burma Burma Restaurant & Tea Room is looking for experienced HK / KST Supervisors to oversee housekeeping, stewarding, and kitchen support operations. The role involves maintaining hygiene standards, supervising cleaning operations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Supervise stewarding and cleaning operations across restaurant facilities
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation standards are maintained
- Coordinate with vendors for supplies, equipment, and maintenance support
- Monitor kitchen cleaning schedules and compliance activities
- Manage inventory of cleaning materials and stewarding supplies
- Ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed
- Coordinate with kitchen and operations teams for smooth functioning
- Support audits and compliance checks related to hygiene and safety standards
π Eligibility Criteria
- 4–6 years of experience in Hospitality or Restaurant operations required
- Mumbai-based candidates preferred
- Experience in housekeeping, stewarding, or kitchen support operations required
- Strong understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
- Experience in vendor coordination and equipment upkeep preferred
- Good leadership and team supervision skills required
- Strong communication and coordination abilities preferred
- Ability to work in fast-paced restaurant environments required
