Satya Micro Capital is hiring FCO Collections Executives for its Bishalgarh and Manubazar branches in Tripura. The role involves handling OD and write-off customer collections, field visits, customer follow-ups, recovery activities, and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring collection targets are achieved.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle OD and write-off customer collections efficiently
- Conduct field visits for collection and recovery activities
- Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports
- Build positive customer relationships during recovery processes
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets
- Coordinate with branch teams for collection activities
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Resolve customer concerns professionally
- Support branch-level operational and recovery initiatives
π Eligibility Criteria
- Age between 20–35 years
- Valid Driving Licence is mandatory
- Willingness to travel for field collection activities
- Good communication and customer handling skills
- Ability to achieve collection targets
- Freshers with strong field-work interest can apply
- Candidates residing within 40–60 KM of branch locations preferred
- Strong discipline and professional conduct required
