Flipkart is hiring a TA – Field Recruiter for Bhiwani to support last-mile delivery workforce hiring. This role focuses on bulk recruitment, field sourcing, candidate engagement, onboarding coordination, and ensuring timely hiring closures for delivery operations.
π Key Responsibilities
- Handle bulk and mass hiring for delivery workforce requirements
- Source candidates through field visits, references, and job portals
- Conduct hiring drives, recruitment campaigns, and walk-in interviews
- Screen, shortlist, and assess potential candidates
- Coordinate candidate onboarding and documentation
- Ensure hiring targets are achieved within defined TAT
- Build and maintain a strong local candidate pipeline
- Collaborate with operations teams for manpower planning
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress
- Maintain recruitment records and reports accurately
π Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1 year experience in Delivery Recruitment or Field Recruitment
- Strong local network and candidate sourcing capability required
- Experience in bulk or blue-collar hiring preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills mandatory
- Comfortable with extensive field work and target-based hiring
- Own bike and valid driving licence are mandatory
- Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
- Local candidates from Bhiwani preferred
