We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for Warehouse Operations in Dadri, Uttar Pradesh. The role focuses on employee engagement, grievance management, workforce planning, performance management, compliance, and partnering closely with warehouse operations teams to drive people initiatives.
π Key Responsibilities
- Drive employee engagement initiatives across warehouse operations
- Handle employee grievances and conflict resolution effectively
- Manage employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to exit
- Support performance management and talent development processes
- Monitor attendance, discipline, and workforce compliance
- Partner with warehouse operations leaders on people-related matters
