Blinkit is expanding its operations across Jharkhand and is hiring Fleet Operation Leads for Jamshedpur and Bokaro. This role is responsible for managing delivery partner operations, fleet planning, rider engagement, operational excellence, and last-mile performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent execution capability, and hands-on experience managing field operations in fast-paced logistics environments.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Manage on-ground delivery partner fleet to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Plan rider supply based on business demand and operational requirements
- Ensure smooth execution of daily last-mile delivery operations
- Conduct on-the-job training on SOPs, safety standards, and operational best practices
- Drive central operational initiatives for business scaling and process improvement
- Collect rider feedback and resolve operational challenges promptly
- Improve rider engagement, retention, and reduce attrition
- Handle delivery partner disputes professionally and efficiently
- Plan fleet availability during weekends, holidays, and peak demand periods
- Lead on-ground hiring campaigns and BTL recruitment activities
- Build strong relationships with active delivery partners and maintain high engagement levels
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate qualification preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in Fleet Operations, Last Mile Logistics, or Delivery Operations
- Experience managing large blue-collar workforce and delivery partners
- Must be willing to work on-field 4–5 days per week
- Candidate should be comfortable working in the same city (UT)
- Excellent problem-solving and operational execution skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Highly proactive with ownership mindset and learning attitude
